Effective date: July 13, 2026 · Version 2.0 · Applies to all games by Shalinkumar Game Studio
Shalinkumar Game Studio ("we", "us", "our") develops and publishes mobile games ("Games") distributed through the Google Play Store. We respect your privacy and believe you should clearly understand what happens to your data when you play our Games. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information is collected, why it is collected, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and what rights and choices you have.
This policy applies to every Game published under the developer account "Shalinkumar Game Studio", unless a specific Game provides its own separate policy.
The table below lists each category of data, where it comes from, and the specific purpose it serves.
| Data category | Examples | How collected | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Device information | Device model, OS version, language, screen resolution, network type | Automatically, via SDKs | Compatibility, performance optimization, diagnosing device-specific bugs |
| Identifiers | Android Advertising ID (AAID), app-set ID, Firebase installation ID | Automatically, via SDKs | Serving and capping ads, measuring ad performance, distinguishing installs — never linked to your real identity by us |
| Gameplay & usage data | Levels completed, session length, features used, progress | Automatically, via analytics SDKs | Improving game design and balancing difficulty |
| Crash & diagnostic data | Crash logs, stack traces, device state at time of crash | Automatically, when an error occurs | Finding and fixing bugs and crashes |
| Approximate location | Country/region derived from IP address | Inferred by ad/analytics servers | Regional ad delivery, legal compliance, aggregate statistics. No precise GPS location is collected. |
| Purchase data | Item purchased, transaction success/failure | From Google Play Billing | Delivering and restoring purchases; card details never reach us |
| Support data | Your email and message — only if you contact us | Directly from you | Responding to your request |
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or a region with similar laws, we process data under the following legal bases:
Our Games are free because they show advertisements, delivered by third-party ad networks whose SDKs are embedded in the Game. These partners may collect device identifiers and usage signals to select, deliver, cap, and measure ads.
Personalized ads use your advertising identifier and inferred interests to show more relevant ads. Non-personalized ads use only contextual signals (the game being played, your general region). Where the law requires it — such as in the EEA/UK — you will be asked to choose before any personalized ads are shown. Declining never blocks you from playing; you simply see non-personalized ads instead.
Analytics data is viewed by us only in aggregate form — for example, "40% of players finished Level 5" — not as a profile of you personally.
If a Game offers in-app purchases, the entire payment is handled by Google Play Billing. Google processes your payment method under its own privacy policy and shares with us only what is needed to deliver the item. We never see or store your card number. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
| Permission | Why the Game may need it | Required? |
|---|---|---|
| Internet / Network state | Loading ads, syncing analytics, downloading content | Yes, for online features |
| Vibration | Haptic feedback during gameplay | No — cosmetic only |
| Notifications | Optional reminders and reward alerts | No — you choose at the system prompt |
We follow a minimum-permission principle: a Game asks only for what its features genuinely need, and never requests contacts, SMS, call logs, or precise location.
tagForChildDirectedTreatment). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers. Data is shared only with:
| Data type | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Analytics event data (Firebase) | Up to 14 months, then deleted or aggregated |
| Crash logs | Up to 90 days after the related issue is resolved |
| Advertising identifiers | Controlled by the ad network's retention schedule; resettable by you at any time |
| Support emails | Up to 24 months, then deleted |
| Purchase records | As long as tax and accounting law requires |
We apply commercially reasonable safeguards: encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) transmission between the Game and all partner servers, access limited to authorized personnel, and reliance on major, security-audited platforms (Google Cloud/Firebase). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry-standard practices and will notify affected users and authorities of any breach where the law requires it.
Our service providers (Google, Unity) operate servers around the world, so data may be processed outside your home country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA/UK, transfers are protected by recognized safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as implemented by those providers.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor these requests and never discriminate against you for exercising them.
We respond to verified rights requests within 30 days (or the period your local law allows).
Ads or features inside our Games may link to external websites, stores, or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to read their policies before providing any information.
We may update this policy as our Games, partners, or legal requirements change. The "Effective date" above always shows the latest revision, and for material changes we will provide reasonable notice, such as an in-game notice or updated store listing. Continued use of a Game after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
